Dr. Sileo is a proud Long Island native from Garden City, who graduated magna cum laude from the College of William and Mary in Virginia in 1998. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Stony Brook in 2002. His post-graduate training included a surgical internship and an orthopedic surgery residency at SUNY Stony Brook, where he was honored to be selected as the administrative chief resident in his final year. He then completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the renowned Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, where he worked as an assistant team orthopedist for the New York Jets, New York Islanders, Hofstra University, and Hunter University. Dr. Sileo is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in both Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery (FAAOS).

Dr. Sileo is passionate about caring for both competitive and recreational athletes. Dr. Sileo’s practice emphasizes rehabilitation and training to prevent sports-related injuries. His interests also include the treatment of cartilage and meniscal injuries, platelet-rich plasma therapy, and fracture care. Currently, he serves as the Director for the Division of Sports Medicine at St. Charles Hospital and is the President of the St. Charles Medical Staff.
